Micromanaging
We give coaching and help abundantly, but we don’t micromanage, we don’t have the bandwidth, nor do we want to. We are independent thinkers and align best with likeminded people.
Corporate Attitude
We miss out on hiring some talented people who prefer a corporate environment. We are dealing with a lot of moving parts, but that doesn’t mean we have to run things like other offices.
